TaxTron™ is Canadian income tax software for both the Macintosh and Windows.  Revised editions are published for individual tax returns, the T1, every year in January, and for corporation returns, the T2, twice a year.

With the evolution of the Mac OS, versions of TaxTron™ prior to 2012 will no longer run under Mac OS X Lion, 10.7.  Versions published after 2011, will run under 10.6, 10.7, and later.

This means that tax returns created for tax years prior to 2011 cannot be reviewed once you have migrated to OS X Lion.  This is where our software comes in, providing a bridge for the reading of previously created tax returns once Lion is in use.

The first release of our software, TXR10, is provided free, and enables the reading of 2010 individual T1 returns prepared by TaxTron™ for Mac.
